CONSULTATION

We value your personal input and are happy to provide consultation via e-mail and or a personal visit to                 Casa del Mare. We will provide a detailed itinerary and ceremony rehearsal if required.

• Pre-wedding accommodation in Casa del Mare’s Rome & Paris Suites with king size beds and personal en-suites. Perfect for the bride-to-be with bridesmaid, mother of the bride or witnesses to stay and enjoy the pre wedding night together. Superb quality egyptian linens and bedding to ensure you the best nights sleep, soft bathrobes, hair dryer and toiletries.
• A healthy kiwi-styled Breakfast of homemade cereal, seasonal fruits and yogurts with warmed fresh croissants and hot freshly brewed coffee.
• Enjoy preparing for your special day in the guest lounge complete with plasma TV, sound system, DVD’s and a guest fridge is included. Adjoining bedrooms lead into the private gardens. We can arrange for your hair and makeup requirements by professional artists.  (additional cost)
• Your romantic Wedding Ceremony in our private courtyard and gardens includes a celebrant of your choice from local specialists that come highly recommend.
• Our gardens are landscaped to provide an Italian feel with al fresco cream paved courtyard, water lily fountain, thick green grassed areas with complimenting black and cream furniture- beautiful back drops. A Beach Ceremony is also a fabulous option as we are a stroll to our beautiful Papamoa Beach.

• Champagne & Canapé’s for your wedding party will be provided directly after your ceremony. (numbers of quests will confirm final package pricing)
• Complimentary candid photo’s taken pre-wedding and through the ceremony with your guests; includes a slideshow CD created for you to treasure. Graham, your host, is experienced and has a talented eye for memorable shots.
• A complimentary selection of music that you can personally choose for your ceremony with a CD to remember your special day. De’arne, your hostess, sings in the local Duo Velvet and would be honored to perform a special song for you.

CONSULTATION - Via e-mail, phone or personally to ensure your dreams, thoughts, requirements and budget are all considered.

QUOTATION - A final written quotation outlining any additional details of the services to be provided.
 

ACCEPTANCE – We require your signature and credit card details to secure your event booking.

PAYMENT - 30% Deposit will be charged with confirmation six weeks prior to the event. All fixed costs are due for payment 1 week prior. Full and final payment will be required on the day of the wedding. Payment can also be made by Internet transfer.

CANCELLATION - In this unlikely event, if a cancellation is made within the month prior to the event, a 20% charge of the quoted cost will be withheld from the deposit, however within 10 days of the event a 60% charge will be required, and full payment if made within 4 days of the event.
