We spent 3 nights in the Casa in September. The room was so comfortable and had extra amenities if needed. Oleg provided wonderful breakfasts, conversations, ideas for exploring, maps and even shortcuts for back roads to use! We missed meeting Margarita as she was out of town. Our favorite thing was having having great conversations with Oleg, getting to know him. He treated us like good friends visiting his home. Very nice. We would definitely choose this place to stay again, if traveling in New Zealand

- Wonderful hosts and beautiful property
- Our hosts were warm and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was immaculate and comfortable. There were great joint facilities where we could relax, read and watch TV or we could do this in the courtyard outside our bedroom - a perfect place to wind down. There is a great pub and take-away places within easy walk. The beach is also very close and easily accessible. I would highly recommend Casa del Mare.
- We were a little unsure how to find the property as it is tucked away in a back street. Thank Goodness for Goggle maps!

I booked a surprise overnight stay here for my husband's birthday this week and we were both delighted with the choice. The attention to detail with the styling of the rooms and the lush, romantic furnishings make it a perfect place for a couple's getaway. The house is impressive, the gardens delightful and the little, personalised touches left by the hosts really set this B&B apart from the rest. Breakfast was superb too, made all the better by the wonderful Ocean views, the host was friendly and helpful and made us feel relaxed and welcome
We spent 2 nights at Margarita and Oleg's B& B. My elderly parents loved the calm ambience and the alfresco setting outside the rooms. Breakfasts were lovely and a huge effort put into this by the hosts. The rooms are well appointed and the beds super comfy. We really enjoyed our stay in Papamoa and this really made it a special break.

A comfortable and luxurious stay at this high-standard B&B. The room was cozy and well-furnished, and all the house is simply amazing! In the morning we enjoyed a healty breakfast with a beautiful view over the ocean. Really a perfect location in the Bay of Plenty!

A spotlessly clean, comfortable and luxurious stay with the most delicious quarg muesli breakfast and fresh coffee. Stunning views of both the sea and the mountains, and within a stone's throw of a forever beach. Oleg and Margarita couldn't have done more to make our stay better, gave us excellent advice on where to visit and where to eat.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with Daryl and I this last weekend. It was just lovely, your welcoming and hospitality was so warm. My very first B&B experience, and WOW what a great one! You certainly have a lovely home.
De’arne I have raved on to my family about your fantastic homemade muesli, I wonder if I could be cheeky enough to ask for the recipe. It was so delicious I would love to have a go and create it myself!
